The meeting will be an opportunity to hear about the latest scientific research and the best clinical practice in the healthcare of older people. It will be an opportunity to reflect on the extraordinary year of the pandemic, the effect COVID has had on the older population, and the implications for NHS and social care staff across acute, primary and community care.
This conference will cover core areas of interest to all specialists responsible for the health care of older people. It will particularly focus on dementia and related mental health topics, on innovations in digital health, and on acute stroke medicine.
