Reasons for joining the BGS Trainees Council:
I am passionate about training and training culture and I would love to have the opportunity to help influence the culture of geriatric training with the BGS.
In these challenging times, I think training culture and developing a sense of belonging is essential for recruitment and retention of our valued workforce. I would love the opportunity to help improve education and training within the BGS.
Why trainees should get involved with the committee:
It is essential that trainees share their experience and help shape training to ensure an equipped and motivated workforce.
