What do you enjoy most about your job?

In my clinic setting, what I enjoy most about my role is identifying the barriers to change and working with the patients to find ways to overcome them. Having the time for education in a meaningful manner without using overcomplicated medical terminology so that those who are open to change can, whilst seeing the person, not a diagnosis.

Reason for joining the region committee

I agreed to being put forward to represent AHP's in the region as I am genuinely passionate about Older People's care and very open to wider constructive learning and networking
