Trainee representative, South West Thames

I am currently an ST3 in Geriatric Medicine / GIM in Kingston Hospital, having completed my foundation training in South Thames and Core Medical Training in SW London. I have taken time out in between stages of my training to pursue an interest in medical education and am particularly interested in assessment methods and curriculum design.

I have been a member of BGS from the early stages of my training and have already benefitted from many of the excellent resources and events they host and am looking forward to being able to contribute to making the BGS in SW Thames even better. I believe the BGS provides an important role for all individuals who work with older adults and am enthusiastic about making sure all members of the MDT are aware of how the BGS can benefit them and how they can get involved.
