Thank you for choosing to take part in this mentorship pilot as a mentor. The British Geriatrics Society introduced a pilot mentorship scheme to encourage and support those who want to choose geriatric medicine. This questionnaire will help us ascertain how the pilot is running and to identify any areas where extra support may be required.
