BGS members invited to share developments and concerns during the COVID-19 pandemic

03 April 2020

During the COVID-19 pandemic it is more important than ever for BGS to keep abreast of developments and concerns among our members so that we can best support you. We are however conscious that it is an exceptionally busy time for our members and we don’t want to add to your burden by requiring you to fill in lengthy questionnaires.

We would therefore like to invite you to have a phone conversation with us, at a time of your convenience, lasting no more than five minutes. We will ask the following questions and you can share anything else that you’d like to raise.

  • What is one thing that you’re doing differently and better during the COVID-19 pandemic?
  • What has been the biggest difficulty that you’ve experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic?
  • What’s your top tip for those working in other parts of the country or the health care system?
  • How can BGS support you during this time?

If you would prefer, you can also s [dot] greenbrook [at] bgs [dot] org [dot] uk (subject: Developments%20and%20concerns%20during%20the%20COVID-19%20pandemic) (email us with a message) or short voice recording, or send a WhatsApp voice message to 07856201656.

We feel it is important to make sure our opportunities to inform national health and social care policy are informed by your experiences caring for older people through the COVID-19 pandemic in a timely way. We’d like to continue to gather ongoing feedback over the coming months.

To schedule a call or send your feedback, email our Policy Manager Sally Greenbrook at s [dot] greenbrook [at] bgs [dot] org [dot] uk.
